Choisir le Programme 3+2 Business & Management, c’est opter pour une formation post-bac d’école de commerce (en 3+2 ans) adaptée à chaque profil, qui donne à chaque étudiant un rôle moteur dans sa propre formation, grâce à un parcours évolutif, personnalisé en fonction de ses ambitions professionnelles, de sa personnalité et de ses aspirations personnelles.

La formation permet aux étudiants du Programme 3+2 Business & Management :
- ANNÉE 1 : De découvrir les grands domaines indispensables pour évoluer et progresser au sein du monde de l’entreprise (marketing, communication, gestion, finance, droit des affaires, politique commerciale…) tout en élargissant leur horizon avec des enseignements d’ouverture en art, linguistique, numérique…
- ANNÉE 2 : De consolider les connaissances acquises au cours de l’année précédente tout en maintenant un équilibre entre enseignements fondamentaux et parcours libres. Le travail d’équipe et les projets permettent de lier la pratique à la théorie et d’aborder des questions stratégiques et opérationnelles propres aux entreprises (lancement d’un produit, fusion et acquisition, relance d’une marque, gestion des relations humaines…).
- ANNÉE 3 : D’étudier à l’étranger durant un semestre ou toute une année…. De bénéficier d’une immersion dans un environnement multiculturel et d’une pratique de l’anglais au quotidien tout en poursuivant à l’ISG ou bien encore de suivre un semestre professionnalisant (échange académique) et d’ouverture dans une école numérique (Epitech) ou de création (e-artsup) du Groupe IONIS.
- SECOND CYCLE (Masters & MBA) : De se spécialiser et de personnaliser leur parcours, d’optimiser leur choix en fonction d’une diversité de critères : aptitudes et passions, acquis et expériences préalables, capacités, mais aussi les tendances des marchés…
Grâce à une pédagogie en mode projets, autour de l’expérientiel et une immersion régulière en entreprise, l’étudiant développe :

- Sa capacité d’adaptation aux divers environnements
- Sa curiosité et son ouverture aux autres et à l’innovation
- Son esprit d’analyse et son sens critique
- Son sens de l’action et l’esprit d’équipe (travail en équipe)
- Sa capacité à anticiper et son agilité dans un environnement en changement constant
- Contrôle de connaissances : Quizz, Etudes de cas
- Business Plan à réaliser en travail de groupes : un dossier et un pitch
- Business game (jeu de simulation d’entreprise) en groupe : mise en situation professionnelle, évaluation sur les résultats de marge et la capacité à en dégager
- Rédaction d’un dossier opérationnel présentant une réflexion sur la stratégie (internationale) d’une entreprise + Présentation orale devant un jury
Admissions (prérequis)
- Élèves en classe de Terminale (toutes filières), candidats français ou étrangers et étudiants titulaires du Baccalauréat ou équivalent étranger.
- Score TOIEC (ou test officiel équivalent) ou moyenne des notes d’anglais de Première et du 1er trimestre de Terminale ayant donné lieu à un Bulletin après réunion du conseil de classe.
- Étudiants ayant validé et obtenu 60 crédits ECTS (ou équivalent) d’un établissement supérieur français ou étranger ou être en cours de validation de ce nombre de crédits ECTS.
- Score TOEIC (ou test officiel équivalent) ou la moyenne générale composée de la note d’anglais obtenue au baccalauréat et de la moyenne des notes d’anglais des semestres de la 1re année d’enseignement supérieur ayant fait l’objet d’un jury.
- Étudiants ayant validé et obtenu 120 crédits ECTS (ou équivalent), d’un établissement supérieur français ou étranger, ou être en cours de validation de ce nombre de crédits ECTS.
- Score TOEIC 600 points minimum (ou test officiel équivalent)
